Before starting Foaster, we split our time between two worlds: researching AI models and their capabilities, and helping companies of all sizes navigate their transformation. What we kept seeing was that most organizations lacked a clear, detailed picture of how they actually operate, making it nearly impossible to know where AI would create the most value.
The result was everywhere the same: scattered pilots, tools adopted without context, and transformation plans that never connected to the reality of day-to-day work.
We realized that traditional methods, consulting audits, workshops, surveys, were not built to handle a challenge this large. AI transformation touches every part of an organization, every role, every workflow. You can't address that with a sample of 30 interviews and a slide deck. That's why we built Foaster.
